You can easily change role of a member to become an admin or a coach. As an admin you can make other members or parents as admin. Coaches and teachers can also add a coach or change a member to a coach. However, coaches are not allowed to delete a team or make other team members as admin. If there is only one team admin in the team then the team admin cannot remove themselves from the team as the team needs to have at least one team admin. To make a member admin, just turn the admin switch ON next to the member name. To delete a member, the admin or coach can click on the delete icon and delete the member.
