InstaTeam has a powerful instant messaging capability that combines the email and mobile push notifications. The team admins can send instant messages or scheduled team messages from the Team Messages tab on the web, and the Team tab or the Inbox tab on the mobile. Within the team tab, the team message appears as an option when the team admins click on the team name. In the Inbox tab, the team admins can click on plus sign and then select "send team message". The admins can also schedule a team message to be delivered at a later date and time. For example, admin may create a message late at night but schedule the message to go out next day or later in the week. Just click on schedule button and enter the date and time for message delivery. The team admins can attach images or pictures as attachment when sending messages.
