Signup only events appear for all team members, but the member cannot set their status to going unless they signup for the event. To change an event to signup only event, click on the event and then select Edit Event option. In the Edit Event screen, select the option Signup Only event. If there are no signup items assigned to the event, the system will ask you to create a signup item. There has to be at least one signup item assigned to the event to mark the event as Signup Only Event. The Sign up Only event will appear for all members when the slots are open for signup items for that event. If all the slots are full, then the event will only appear for members who have signed up for any of the signup items for that event. The event reminders will work the similar to any other regular event
