Team admins have the option to send SMS to the team members who are unregistered or even registered. However, we suggest not to send team messages over SMS to the team members who have registered with Instateam. The registered members receive push notification for all team messages. When sending a team message, the team admins can select the flag to include SMS also for team messages. If you have entered the phone number of the members in the team roster then those members will receive SMS. To add a phone number, click on member name and select edit member. In the edit member, enter the phone number in the secondary phone number field. Please note that sending SMS is a paid feature and you will need to purchase SMS messages bundle to use this feature. You can also check your SMS balance and add more SMS by purchasing additional bundles at www dot instateam dot net
