When a team member or event attendee purchases a ticket for a ticket event, a mobile ticket including a QR code is sent to the member. The purchaser can then use the ticket to enter the venue on the day of the event. Instateam mobile app also allows you or any event manager to check in members and scan their tickets to allow entry. To scan member tickets, you can click on the ticket event and then click on Scan button. This will open the scanner within the app. You can now scan the mobile ticket. When you scan the mobile ticket and the ticket is valid for the event, you will see the name of the member. You can then admit the member. Once the ticket is used, the system will not allow to check in with the same ticket again. If you have added an event manager to the ticket event, then the team managers can also scan the ticket.
